Install the Ketlz app

Add Ketlz to your home screen so it opens full-screen, feels like a normal app, and is always one tap away.

Why install?

  • One-tap access from your home screen — no typing the URL
  • Opens full-screen without the browser bar, so you see more of your week
  • Feels like a normal app — Ketlz is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA)
  • No App Store download, no updates to install. You always have the latest version.
  1. 1

    Open ketlz.com in Safari.

Important: On iPhone and iPad you must use Safari. Chrome, Firefox, and other browsers on iOS cannot install apps — it's an Apple restriction.

If Safari isn't your default browser, you can copy and paste the URL into Safari to install, then go back to your preferred browser for daily use.
Safari is the blue compass icon that comes with your iPhone.
  2. 2

Log in and go to the Meal Planner.

  3. 3

    Tap the Share button.

It looks like — a square with an arrow pointing up.

On iPhone, it's in the bottom toolbar. On iPad, it's in the top-right.

  4. 4

Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.

  5. 5

Review the name (feel free to keep it "Ketlz") and tap Add in the top-right.

  6. 6

Close Safari. Find the green Ketlz icon on your home screen and tap to open.

From now on, open Ketlz from that icon — it launches full-screen like a normal app.

Something's not working?
  • Make sure you're in Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. On iOS, only Safari can install apps.
  • Don't see "Add to Home Screen"? Scroll down the share sheet — it's below the first row of options.
  • If the icon looks generic (a screenshot of the page), try deleting it and reinstalling after logging in.
  • Need help? Contact Ketlz and we'll walk you through it.
